The Shivers and Expansion

Layout, component design, and prepress for the hit pop-up board game The Shivers, along with its expansions and the new sequel. The challenge here was that every component had to work in concert with the pop-up construction, so the design wasn't just about how each piece looked, but how it folded, stood, and functioned as part of a three-dimensional playing space. This project turned into one of the most beautiful games and pieces of storytelling I've ever collaborated on.

The work also extended to Kickstarter campaign layout, shaping how the game was presented to backers.
