Concept creation, design, and development on GOAT: Greatest of All Time, a hilarious twist on charades from Taco Cat Games where prompt cards and unexpected modifiers push players to act out multiple things at once, with a wearable medal for the winner.

The game grew out of an original concept of mine called Juxtaposition, which started as something like truth-or-dare if it were only ever dare-or-dare. In that early version, you would bet how many things you could pull off at the same time, then actually have to prove it, and that core tension of stacking challenges and backing yourself is what carried through into the published game's act-it-all-out chaos. (I've included some of the original Juxtaposition branding and pitch materials as a fun behind-the-scenes look. Taco Cat Games really elevated this brand and deserve a ton of credit for this game's success!)

The finished game keeps that spirit while making it instantly pick-up-and-play: easy to learn, quick to laugh at, and built for groups of four to eight. It is available at Target and other major retailers including Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Walmart, and Meijer.
